Maybe, but it would not seem fair to the citizens that have been working hard and living in America for a long time, so maybe illegal immigrants shouldn't gain those perks. Not like it is fair for them but it is not fair for everyone.
I believe that if you are paying ,taxes and working just as hard as citizens,illegal or not, you should receive perks.It is very narrow-minded to think that immigrants are people who intentionally want to take our commodities and or perks.
Perks? I think this is a funhy way of framing our rights and entitlement as American citizens. To frame it this way is to say that many undocumented immigrants receive handouts from the government, which in reality is not true. Many of us do not realize it but undocumented workers pay taxes just like the rest of us BUT they are granted LESS right.
I am curious to find out what you mean by perks? Because in my opinion there are no perks granted to undocumented workers in the US
If these illegal immigrants are hard workers and they pay their taxes just as the legal citizens do, then yes I think they should receive the same treatment as legal citizens, to some extent.
