Question about Immigration

What would happen to babies who were born illegally (born from parents who are undocumented immigrants) in the United States?

  1. from what i know before, if a baby was born here in the US and both parents were undocumented immigrants or illegal, i believe that the baby is a natural born U.S. citizen but not the parents, and when that baby turns 18, he or she can petition their parents

  2. Seems that there are a lot of similar cases around me and I think that they will become legal citizens as they are born in the US.

  6. I'm pretty sure if the baby was born in the U.S., they will automatically become an U.S. citizen.

  7. The babe will be a legal U.S. citizen because anyone born in the U.S. will be U.S. citizen even if their parents are not citizen.
