from what i know before, if a baby was born here in the US and both parents were undocumented immigrants or illegal, i believe that the baby is a natural born U.S. citizen but not the parents, and when that baby turns 18, he or she can petition their parents

ReplyDeleteSeems that there are a lot of similar cases around me and I think that they will become legal citizens as they are born in the US.

ReplyDeleteIm a good example of an Anchor baby - Immigrant parent's having children in the U.S. I was declared an American Citizen at birth.
