Will an undocumented immigrant be deported back to their country if they were recognized?

  2. Once an undocumented immigrant is caught, he/she will be sent to the Detention and Deportation Center and will be deported back to his/her home country.

  3. I agree with Tuan Nguyen, most of them will be deported back to their country. This is true especially if the undocumented immigrants are proven to have done some offenses to the country. There were reports that the undocumented immigrants, even though innocent, once recognized by the officials will be immediately taken to detention centers for deportation process. If the original country from where they belong to does not accept the undocumented immigrant, or the person is simply just stateless, then that person will be detained indefinitely in the detention centers.

  6. Whoever is undocumented will be deported regardless, when they are caught it really does mean the end for them.
Of course there are instances where they will try and sneak in again.
